The Telehealth Edge
As a model, Hope Great Water Psychology Services only engages in telehealth at this time. We utilize the platform Zoom, which ensures HIPAA-compliance with end-to-end encryption. We have chosen this because it allows us to be as accessible as possible and supports the ideal of “meeting you where you’re at.”
Telehealth has been shown to be as effective as in-person therapy.
Being a fully telehealth provider allows you to access therapy without disrupting your schedule. Sometimes life feels like it adds more to your plate—therapy should not be a part of that. Access therapy sessions, billing, forms, and all other support from your home, office, or anywhere you find privacy via your desktop, laptop, or smartphone.
In order to access services, you will need:
A private space to have therapy in without distractions
A strong internet connection
A computer, laptop, or phone with a functioning camera and decent audio (phones are less conducive)
A willingness to engage in the process
